This is a 4 out of 5 challenge. Meet 4 of the following goals every day to stay in the challenge.
Goal 1 - Log all food
Goal 2 - drink at least 8 cups of water
Goal 3 - work out for 30 minutes per day
Goal 4 - stay under your calories
Goal 5 - do something for yourself (read a magazine article, a book, work on a hobby, etc....)
Each day you'll log in and tell us how many goals you've reached for the day. If you don't reach 4 goals you'll be out for the week (but don't worry you can join us again the following week). If you do not reach 4 of the 5 goals and have not earned a grace day just post that you're out and then please refrain from posting until the new challenge is posted the following week.
If you hit all 5 goals three days in a row you can earn a grace day. Grace days can be used at any time for any reason, you don't need to justify it - simply state that you're using a grace day. Grace days can be banked from week to week but you have to earn them within one week. That means you can't count Saturday, Sunday, Monday as your three days in a row because each challenge will begin on Monday.
If you drop out of the challenge with unused grace days you forfeit those grace days.
I will set up a new post each Sunday for the following week's challenge.

I accept your challenge! I think the one I'm going to have problems with continuously is the water, but we'll see

Yes, just pop in at the end of the day each day and let us know how you did.
Water is my challenge too but because I work out for close to 2 hours a day I can usually make it because I drink a LOT of water during my workouts. I've also discovered seltzer water and that helps me dramatically because it's not as boring.0 -

I'm in! I flaked out the end of last week and this weekend so my goal this week is to post EVERYDAY Mon-Sat. It's time to kick myself in the butt!!!!0

Goal 3 - I played 45 minutes of volleyball
Goal 4 - I was under by calories (even with forgetting about a luncheon)

Goal 2: Log all food - done
Goal 3: Stay under calories- 60 calories over : (
Goal 4: Do something for myself - watched a little tv without have to worry about my daughter
Goal 5: Workout for 30 minutes- 24 mins on treadmill and some ab work on the floor that took up my last few minutes.

Goal 2 - I drank at least 8 glasses of water (19 to be exact and I am floating) lol
Goal 3 - I did 50 minutes of strength training, ran 2.1 miles, and 33 minutes on the elliptical machine
Goal 4 - I was under by calorie goal
Goal 5 - I am going to watch a little bit of television

I wish my schedule would free up a little so that I could take more classes, I work so much harder when I take a class. I'm considering upgrading my gym membership so that I can go to more gyms, I might be able to get to more classes that way.0 -

I'm Out
Goal 1- drink 8 glasses of water- only had 6
Goal 2- log all food - done
Goal 3- stay under calories- done
Goal 4- work out for 30 minutes- only worked out for 20
Goal 5- do something for myself - I really don't think I did that today either.
Oh well, didn't get my cheat day this week. Maybe next time. Today was a hard day for me anyway. I came home starving, felt like my legs were gonna give out on the treadmill. My daughter was in rare form.0 -
