I had lap band surgery on January 16th, 2012 and have lost 23 lbs and 12 inches. Would love to see how the rest of you eat - because a lot of days I feel that I'm eating more than I'm supposed too.

I would suggest looking at people's food diary's. Some people have theirs public. I eat more than 1200 calories a day -but you're welcome to add me as a friend and view my diary.

I don't know for sure. I can tell you that I started it today and logged it in as circuit training. Tha's what I've seen others logging it in as.

I've learned -I CAN do what I'm supposed too and lose weight. - that I want to exercise more and more and more just so I can log it in and see what I burned... --I've learned that it makes me happy to log in lots of food -and still end up under my calorie goal.

Mine's available to friends- add me if you want - and you're more than welcome to look at it. like to look at what other people are eating just to have new ideas. I feel like I'm eating the same ole things all the time!
