I just figured out the% of weight I lost so far!!

40.5%


I am so excited!!! I can't wait until I lose 50%! I have about 30 more pounds to go!

These are my goals:
1. To weigh less than my hubby - ACHIEVED!!
2. To weigh 200# - 7# away!
3. To wear a size 16 bottom - in an 18 currently
4. To wear a med t-shirt - L-XL currently
5. To weigh 195# - 12 # away!

    Me
    (280-258)/280x100 =
    22/280 x 100 =
    .0786 x 100 = 7.86%

    35.3 x 4.15 = 146.4 lost

    Oops! I guess I've lost 41.5%. Hey even better!

    my original weight was 353#, & I've lost 146#. Anyway I think I did that right! I know that I've lost 65% of my excess weight.
