For example I will weigh things or assume by looking it is a half an avocado or a quarter. But since that isn't working, i need to weigh better or start by weighing properly.

I am but have been on them for years. I managed last year whilst on them :) x I had one doctor telling me that its difficult to lose weight and recommended the 5:2, then I had another doctor telling me to get a grip and eat less than 1500 a day and dont do any weight training until i lose my fat ?? I dont understand…

What I try to do is if I know how much calories my meal has then ill choose whatever meets those calories. So for example the 1 small egg at 180 calories must have been because I had two eggs = 180 calories. Is this a bad idea ? xx

I do running, HIIT workouts, pole dancing, weights. I do take measurements :) I do weigh food or if i know the calories of something ill add in anything that meets the calories of the item of food. xx But I think I could weight better. I never put in the veggies that I eat either since they are not many calories ! Is this…

I was going to post about eating less. I put on 6lbs at xmas time. And once i stopped eating crap I lost 3lbs. Now im back on 1600 cal a day and eating good, exersice back to normal but my weight is slowly creeping up rather than down. Im not doing that much weight training for the weight to increase. Im all confused again…

So ive changed my macros - protein is now 140g (macros are 30/35/35) ?? is this okay - i try not to eat too much fat - ive done a ketosis diet before and hated having to eat lots of fats :/ but i thought eating more protein was good for muscle gain etc.....

I used to eat 1200 to start off with before my exams and there was no progress there either - i was told i wasnt eating enough :/

As I have eaten 1200 for 3 weeks.. would this impact on eating 1700 + do you think ? Or do you think my body would appreciate the calories? :ohwell: Also sorry to pry but how have you done so well ie) fitness/calories etc ? Feel free not to answer :smile:

So my TDEE is 2514 :/ And if i want to eat 30% under it that is 1760. Is this no a lot of calories to consume ?? I dont think i would eat this on a normal day without dieting :(
