Already done had enough of them staring at me every time I went to the bathroom, I blame my partner I always tell him keep any sweets you have hidden in your office but he decided to put them on the kitchen counter and I just had no self control. Xx

In eat anything I want along as I'm within my calorie range of 1,200 then I'll have what I want. I could never give chocolate up. Everything in moderation I say xx

That's a lot of calories isn't it. I thought usually on the special k diet it's two bowls of cereal a day, two snacks and your main meal which would be more like 1,500 calories. I don't like the idea of this diet though because yes people have lost weight from it but they would if they usually consume 2,000 calories…

There's a brill website skinny taste.com and they have meals on there ranging from healthy baked chicken nuggets, to pasta dishes, healthy pizza etc I often make meals from the recipes on there and I have a 14 month old son and he's getting All the nutrients from there and so am without having to resort to processed foods…

At my local Indian they have a healthy option menu see if it has one and go for something off of that if they don't instead of having a naan have a popadom under a hundred calories and go for steamed brown rice or White xx

Ive saved calories for a sweet treat mainly chocolate or cheesecake near enough everyday I've been on my diet I've lost 78 lbs and have reached my goal of 115 lbs so it can't be that bad along as your within your calorie limit eat what you want xx

Yes I have cheat meals or an occasional cheat day I don't go mad with it though only 300-500 calories over my usual intake and I get right back on track the next day. I always log them too. Xx

It's silly isn't it the amount of cals that are in the food in mcdonalds. Next time if you do go opt for the grilled chicken salad I think its 250 calories and you get a nice big bowl of it too. Or opt for a kids meal there 500 cals not ideal but if you ever have to go there again at least you've cut the calories by half.…

I've never denied myself anything provided I'm with in my calorie limit. If I were you go ahead and bulk your dinner up with roast potatoes, Yorkshire udding etc just stay within your goals. I have also been known to use left over calories for a bar of chocolate lol and I've lost 77 lbs now so it can't be that bad xx

Before I had my baby I was the weight I am now which is 116lbs so ive always been slim when I was at school I was 110lbs and looked awfully thin. I've always had curves though even at my Lowest weight xx
