Did yoga today. Does anyone else feel like this workout just goes on and on forever? There are some parts I really like but it is just so long... I'm excited for legs tomorrow.

Pleasantly surprised by Yoga this morning. I liked it much better than I thought I would. I could not touch my hands together reaching through/around my legs, or do the crane. Also had trouble with the the ab stuff at the end. My core is so weak! But overall I really liked. I am can't believe the amount of sweating that…

I am going to be out of town Sat - Mon. My husband and I are taking the girls to Sesame Place in PA :) What should I do when I get back? Pick up where I left off on week one day 6, or pick up where I should have been at week 2 day 1. What do you think?

I did Ab ripper today with Cardio X, instead of tomorrow with shoulders and arms, simply because of timing. Cardio X is about 45 min long and Shoulders &Arms is 60 min. I am doing this at 5 am before getting the kids ready and I am out the door for work. I don't think I can sqeeze more than 60 min in.

Cardio X, day two of lean done. I like it a lot. Ab ripper is a whole other story. My body just can't do some of those moves! Hopefuly with time....

Day One Done!! Yay! I had been going back and forth for the last week, classic vs. lean, and settled on lean. I still have a lot of weight to lose and I think the extra cardio will help. Favorite line of the morning,” it does not matter if you don't have weights or bands. You can use cans, your cat, or small nephew” :)

I am a mom of two small girls. I am going to start Aug 1st. I will have to do it before work. Going to try 5 am and see if I can finish before everyone wakes up. It is 45 min or 60 min?

L1D7 done, I am using 5lb weights for everything. I am still doing push-ups on my knees but saw a big improvement this morning on how many I was able to do.

I am going to a dinner meeting. I usually enjoy these because they are at great restaurants. Tonight I am nervous because I have had a really good food week and I don't want to mess it up. Hoping for salad and a fish option.
