weigh in day

Today is weigh in day! I had a gain of 1.5 last week so fingers crossed that this week will go good! I drank lots of water..watched my sodium intake..and exercised more than the usual! So wish me luck, and I will be back tomorrow to let you all know how weigh in went! Thanks to all of you for your much needed and continued support on my journey :D

  • I completely understand. I started working out last monday and gained 2 pounds..a little frustrating, but have to concentrate on water weight and muscle mass..Your doing a great job so keep up the good work :)
