I'm a hypo too. And I feel your pain. It's tough. I read somewhere that for us, we need more fiber than the average person and with more fiber comes more water. If I followed this, I'd probably be losing weight faster, but it's so hard to get enough fiber.

hemlock- great job!!! keep it up! I fell of the wagon for a few days. :( I've started drinking green tea like water and I think it's boosted my metabolism or my cats broke my scale cuz yesterday I was down to 156! I'll weigh myself later today and we'll see. Also, what is a burpee?

I use Pure Protein. I drink it after a workout and also right before bed. Muscle breaks down or something while you sleep. When I do this, I see more weight loss than when I don't. And I think it's better to be over on protein than under.

nmoreland- That's what my plan was. Quit and as a present to myself, I got TurboFire. I just got done with my 2nd workout: HIIT15 and Stretch 10. Man, it sucked. hey i did my first turbo fire workout!!! Fire 30 Stretch 10. It was intimidating but I think I did as well as I did when I first started turbo jam and didn't know the moves.
