Thank you all for the kind words. I'm pretty jazzed. 2 of my friends made it in under the wire with me to register. 1 from work and 1 from home...so lots of motivation and opporunities to share training :). I'm feeling pretty good about this this morning.

I had this experience at Sea World...all my best friend could talk about was the amazing roller coaster...and then I couldnt' fit into the seat. I think more and more parks are putting a 'test seat' somewhere so you can see if you can ride safely...perhaps that's an option. I say ...GO FOR IT. If it doesn't work this time…

Ok...so I haven't worked out in atleast 4 days...bad Lily...but I did walk at lunch today..so that's a step in the right direction. Hopeing to get back on track and make a really scrumptious healthy dinner tonight. Roased zuchini and eggplant here I come!
