workouts will be tough this week. But I'm commiting to walking at lunch, which I can do for 30 mins, each day this week. that's right, you heard me, 30 mins of walking! No excuses. that's not alot, but I know it's an attainable goal, which on this happy cliffside called a backslide I'm on, it somethign i need right now.

My motivation....having gotten rid of almost all my 'fat' clothes..i love getting into one of my old standbys (today it's an aqua argyle sweater) and realizing its too big now. That I get to pass it along and get something new....it inspires me to want to keep going!

I took a photo of my cheek and collar bones the other day! Lol...how funny I didn't think anyone else thought about these things. I love that I have them now....it's so funny when I put my head in my hands...my face feels all bumpy from the bones!
