  • Granola should be in the cereal aisle of any grocery store. I see it at walmart all the time.

  • In my stress management class they say that a large portion of peoples migraines and headaches are stress and tension related. So maybe you should try some stress relievers and tension reducers. Like take a nice bubble bath, maybe some meditation or yoga. Also make sure you are drinking enough water.

  • Oh yea whenever I eat a lot of carbs in one day I get the dreaded carb bloat the next day. But it's also helps in a good way because it is easy to loose if you avoid the carbs.
