My hair definitely thinned out since I started losing weight, I eat enough calories but was not consuming enough fats. I have since added more healthy fats to my diet and also take biotin suppliments which seem to help!

Hi there- Looks like you have a lot of prepackaged, processed, convenience and fast food. In my opinion if you cut back on that stuff, eat cleaner and cook more at home you will start to see a difference. I would guess you are pretty busy and dont put any time into planning you meals.
