My hair definitely thinned out since I started losing weight, I eat enough calories but was not consuming enough fats. I have since added more healthy fats to my diet and also take biotin suppliments which seem to help!

I've been doing 30day shred and ripped in 30 . I started off with 30day shred and pushed through it for 6 days a week with only one rest day. IT WAS BRUTAL. 1.75-2lbs per week but Its coming off a little slower now as I have less to lose and am getting more muscle. Anything more than 2lbs per week would make me concerned about my nutrition.

I just finished 30ds - Had great results ( down 15 lbs!). This work out is very hard on the knees and can be on the ankles. lots of planks, squats and jump training. I am pretty bad too- It more the wine for me! I have a few glasses,,, then the snacking starts! I've tried to limit to 2 glasses a night on the weekends so I can make better choices.

Hi there- Looks like you have a lot of prepackaged, processed, convenience and fast food. In my opinion if you cut back on that stuff, eat cleaner and cook more at home you will start to see a difference. I would guess you are pretty busy and dont put any time into planning you meals. Im on level 3, day 3. 11lbs lost and lots of inches. Great workouts! I hate hate hate level 2. 1 and 3 are great tho! You just have to keep with it. Make sure you are eating enough!
