  • Sounds great. Keep being mindful of changing your eating, it will come off. I am trying to limit my ice cream intake to once per week.
  • Stay motivated. You look great, you can't go backwards......Keep pushing!

  • I don't know if you can get addicted to exercise or not but I think many people that are serious about maintaining/losing weight feel guilty when they miss a workout. You are the only person that can gauge whether you think you are addicted or not. I will say that an addiction to exercise is better/safer way to lose weight…
  • I am really not sure but I get the same type of numbers when I do the elliptical. Some people say you should buy a heart monitor but that really doesn't matter. The fact of the matter is that we are definitely burning calories whether 800 or 350. I say keep doing what you are doing and as long as the scale is declining we…
  • You may not lose this week and you may lose 5 lbs not week, weigh in can be tricky. Don't give up, whatever you are doing has worked...you've lost 36 lbs. Stay motivated.
  • 2400 calories in golf.....How? ....I have seen some fat people on the greens. I don't know about that but good luck to you in your journey. It's ok to slurge every once in awhile. Keep golfing!
  • Wonderful accomplishment, keep up the hard work!
  • I have the same exact scale. I will say that you need to keep it on a flat hard surface. The weight is dead on, I compared it to the scale at the local YMCA. You weight fluctuates all during the day. I generally gain weight after working out. With scales, you must learn to weigh yourself at the same time of day on the same…
  • You can try cutting carbs but I can promise as soon as you start eating them again you'll gain it all back....Good luck!
  • If it sounds too good...it is. Slow and steady wins the race. MFP gives you the tools you need, use them. The weight will come off and you will feel much better about yourself.

  • I think fat is fat, and sugar is sugar no matter the content. Sugar still metabolizes the same way. If you like raisin bran, eat it in moderation. This is way I MFP so much, because I am learning to incorporate the things I like. Milk also has alot of sugar, I think I would limit the raisin bran to 2.-3 days a week.…
  • I agree. The surgery recovery is choice. Losing weight, accepting responsibility, and staying devoted and motivated to lose weight naturally is much more commendable.
  • With saying that, I am convinced Jennifer Hudson had surgery....80lbs, 4 months on WW....no way!
  • With saying that....I have been thinking whether Jennifer Hudson had surgery....I just can't believe that she loss 80lbs in 3 months on WW.
  • My suggestion- In looking at your food diary, I can see a few improvements that can be made. I would focus on eating good for breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Cheetos are great but they don't have the nutritional value a breakfast should have. Looks like you are not eating enough either. Even though you are…
  • Drink more water to flush the sodium out your system.
  • I can tell a diiferent....don't get discouraged, keep it up!
  • I think you look great....I don't see another 20lbs lost is needed. I think you look healthy.
  • Welcome Sunshine...Good luck in your weight loss goals!
  • I'm in. I actually had the same exact goal, to lose 40 lbs by August 6, 2011. Lets do it!
  • Hello, I too have 60-65 lbs to lose. I am aiming for late summer as well. My husband and I have our 8th anniversary this year in September. We are planning a trip to Vegas, I want to be fabulous. Nice to meet you, maybe we can motivate and inspire each other.
