  • You can do it. If you have a treadmill at home just put the incline up and a 3 mph walk will burn 2 times the calories. I WALK 3 miles a day and love it. Don't let anyone or thing get you down.
  • I would find another doctor, one where you feel important and your worries addressed. I don't know what I would do with out my wonderful doctor, she always answers my "dumb" questions and makes me feel like she really does care about my health and concerns.

  • Will you go back to drinking after you lose weight? I just cut back and only drink occasionally and less than I used to. Hell I had 3 beer just the other day and as long as I'm still doing some type of workout I don't feel bad about it at all. Good luck!
  • I got my treadmill at a good price on amazon and delivered right to my house. It's nothing crazy fancy but it helps me get the job done. I've only been on here 2 days have no idea if my food log is private or not but I'm using weight watcher meals for my lunches mostly, and just using dinner for home cooking. Not enough hours in the day sometimes between work and home responsibilities.
  • Easiest for me is when I grocery shop just stay to the outside ring of the store. All the aisles are where the boxed goods are that are the most processed. Once you fill your cart with the good fruits veggies and meat then you'll need less "filler" Also I'm a big chip eater, I like the crunch so I snack on Special K chips…
  • You can do it! Just remember you didn't gain it in 1 day, so it will take time to lose it. Just take every day as it comes and remember to say "good job" to yourself too!
