Gin & Slimline Tonic is fab or whisky if you like it :) Here in Scotland there's no way you could say no to a whisky on Hogmanay :) Been in Ketosis since September and my tolerance is now ridiculously low, so you may feel the effect earlier too. I made the most delicious Black Forest Gateau and I think I would have been absolutely crazy not to have a bit. Not been in Ketosis since Xmas day and today I had a Chinese as a treat for losing 20 kg so I'm as far out of Ketosis as possible! Even if you can't control what there's to eat, you'll be able to choose to leave out obvious carbs (bread, pasta, potatoes etc) - that's what I do when out for dinner and what I'll be doing on Christmas Day also. To be honest I just upped my carbs from under 20 to under 40 a day.. Losing just fine and staying in ketosis, plus I can go on the toilet again! :)

Not sure what you mean either, but I make my own fat bombs also! One part coconut oil & unsweetened cocoa, one part coconut oil with almond butter, and one part coconut oil with coconut flakes, all sweetened with liquid stevia and layered into lollipop molds - perfect to boost my fat ratio and delicious :)

I used to do 20g and under (with a calory intake of around 1500 calories) but my digestive system didn't really like it, so now I'm usually just under 30g per day and it's working fine :) I make sure my carbs come mostly from things like oat cakes :)

I'm **** scared of aspartame and co - it's just too controversial in my opinion, too much scaremongering and studies done, also I believe that it played a role in my mother's untimely death (she used artificial sweeteners daily for decades) - it's difficult as I miss sweet things but I think I'll stay away from it :(
