i have lost only one pound this weigh in. Hey at least i didnt gain ;-)

I weight every other saturday. The weight loss looks better when it is a bigger number and I am not concentrating on the numbers on the scale, but rather how I fell and look.

The waling on your break also raises your heart rate and helps with your metaloblism...

I weigh in every other week. so I will put the past numbers on the board. SW: 206 CW: 189, lost 4 pounds since last weigh in. ;-)

The body changing is a crazy thinh huh. I hate feeling older physically than I do mentally. Losing this weight is very tricky.

I had aTOTAL hysterectomy at 28 ( im now 38). So I know the struggle you face. The good thing is that you at least have your ovaries. Yes the weight is hard to lose, but I know we can do together

Hello. Yes I try the water vs. soda ratio as well. It really does work. It helps you overcome the sweet and carb cravings.;-)

I really like the idea of changing my ticker to a smaller weight. At least until I get past my half way mark!! My kids can keep me busy with the kinect.

OK Happy New ME!! I am increasing my water intake to 10 glasses! ( hopefully I wont drown), LOL. I will be adding doing Zumba on the Kinect for 15 mins. and my racquetball to 40 mins. My starting weight for the new year is 192.3!! my goal is 125 hopefully the end of August ;-)

My weigh in as of 12/20/2011 was 192.3. I have lost 5.5 pounds since my last weigh in on the Dec. 17th. I have been weighing in every two weeks. I do this becasue it keeps me focus on what I see in te mirror and not what is on the scale..

I hear ya' . We have parents that bring in so many dessert. ( I work at a school). I try to bring healthy things for my co-works to try as well.
