I would reccomend a mommy/daughter day. Spend one whole day with her, remind her you love her, that you're there for her, and you always will be. I used to be a really picky eater as a teen, so one year I ate only ramen noodles, with pepsi to drink for something like 3 months. Ocassionally I had some Taco bell, or a favorite dinner. Ended up losing around 20lbs.

I know two women, ages 80 and 86, both fairly close relatives. Both will say anything in the world. The 80 year old out of confusion, and the 86 from being an old lady who likes everything her way. With both, you simply ignore it and move on.

I like to alternate regular water and flavored water. I use the liquid flavorings like mio, crystal light, crush, koolaid, or even the great value brand. I'm on the depo shot. It took a while to get used to it, at first it made me really irritable, but I'm fine now. Weight loss hasn't been a problem though, I'm down 22 lbs already. :)

I love the garlic herb laughing cow cheese on baked potatoes, with real bacon bits (25 cal/tbs). Way better than loading it up with sour cream.

Yes Veggies: Broccoli, Green Beans, Spinach, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Zucchini, Lettuce, Peppers, Onions, Okra, Potatoes, Carrots (cooked only), probably others that I can't think of. NOPE veggies: Peas, Celery, Water Chestnut, Corn, Cabbage, Saurkraut (who knew you could make cabbage worse)
