Sorry all I have not been able to get on my bike yet this year, So far the year is not off to a good start.

Core, legs and Arms are places I need to work on.

I also like the ideas of small groups. Then you have a few people to work with and its easier to keep these people accountable.

I just joined but so far I have really fell off the wagon. I will be taking my first weigh in tomorrow so I know what I have a head of me. I'm looking forward to working with you and getting myself back into shape.
