Thanks everyone! And Noreen: I wish I could say I did :(
-
@Noreenmarie1234 not rly :/

Even if that was the case I lowered my calories and upped my exercise but gained...
-
Nope! same level of activity.

So sorry! Over the course of 3 months I've lost about 5 pounds on 1400-1600 calories. I'm too thin and need to gain back 5lbs for health. However, I do not want to be that person who increased and keeps gaining. So I'm trying to figure out how to do it with minimum water weight and the best possible outcome.

How much did people add back at a time with still maintaining? Is there any advantage to upping slowly vs. adding 200 or so at one time?

I am seeing a doctor this week and going to bring up the medication to her. I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with it or the issue at bay.

well they haven't been ALL at once. the loose stool has been for a while, the scale and thirsty stuff has been present for 2 months or so.
-
Really? That eases some of it, I actually feel like I look like I have lost however, my scale definitely says otherwise. I tested it for accuracy and weighed my laptop and it was the exact as what the specs are on the Apple website :)

I weigh everyday between 8:00-9:00 am! No clothes, peeing, and before eating/drinking :)
-
even after pooping a lot (TMI much?) my weight was still high so I doubt it was poop.
-
I usually eat two so it would be 40 calories off. I was just wondering though
-
Thanks everyone! I've been at 1700-2000 for a week. It's been consistent everyday except the the last two days. My sodium is always under 2500 so I don't think it could be that.
-
Thanks kdiamond! So you think I'm mainly maintain rather than gaining while upping?
-
I don't "exercise" but work 5 days a week 4.5 hours a day as a preschool assistant teacher. I'm constantly on my feet, plus am always cleaning, doing errands, walking dog, etc. Ad far as eating heal other I have added a lot more fiber as well as fats in my diet so maybe that's why? I can't really afford to loose any more…

steveec285: myfitnesspal said for me lightly active was 1580 so I went with that! Animalldy: did you up all at once and were you exercising?
-
CC says for lightly active 1580 but, since I'm upping 400 calories at once would reverse and keep gaining?
-
Thanks guys but thats not my question :) I was saying... these TWO dishes. Rotini with Fresh Tomato Pomodoro is 540 calories. Rotini Primavera is 500. However, under the Cucina Mia category if I ordered Gluten-Free Rotini with Fresh Tomato Pomodoro (Gluten-Free) its 430 for the pasta and 240 for the sauce. Same with the…

Thanks! I actually ordered a CFL and I'm so used to them pumping from the top section of syrups and this time they pumped from the bottom (if you know what I'm talking about.) It was a little "darker" or thicker (maybe more ice?) than usually so I was wondering if they messed up and gave me a regular instead of a light.
-
Thanks guys! Should I do it gradually or jump back up to my original calorie amount (1500 from about 1200) in like one day?
-
No I usually get a Hazelnut Light Venti with nonfat milk and whipped.. it's 330 calories for a standard whip but I was trying to figure out how much "extra whipped" would be.
-
thanks anyone! How do i go about this "adding calories" to not gain weight back?
