Need some help!

Hi everyone,
I have been eating around 2300-2500 calories a day for the past 3 weeks. I was maintaining last week at this time (even loosing around .2lb a day). Last Friday I randomly gained a half a pound and since then have been gaining around .2-.4lb a day. Since last Wednesday I'm up roughly 2lbs. I am extremely frustrated and not sure what to do. I don't get a period because of a medical condition... and even if it was PMS wouldn't I not consistently gain everyday?

My sodium is always under 1500 as well... any insight?

    Nope! same level of activity.

    Are you drinking enough water?

    Is this 2 lbs within your maint weight range? Or are you trying to maintain at one specific number? Because the latter will drive yourself mad.

    The human body is 60% + made of water so weight flux is normal. I recommend to set a weight range and only worry if you go above that.

    Some people's normal weight flux is 1-2 lbs. While others are more like 3-5 lbs. Figure out what yours is before going into panic mode.
