  • What is your carb goal in g?There's no need to be afraid of carbs. Especially good, plant-based carbs. They fuel your body.
  • You'll be losing weight this time because you're paying attention to your calories and staying in a deficit. That is the key. Calories in vs calories out. Gluten and dairy or not, thats what it comes down to. Cutting those types of food out of your diet won't specifically lead to weight loss. Due to intolerances, I cut out…
  • If it were me, and it was healed enough to walk, I would go to the gym and do upper body workouts. I wouldn't risk it with lower body moves quite yet.
  • Scrambled eggs!
  • Personally, I would try to fit in more fruits and veggies, but other than that its pretty good :)
  • Side bends are good and you can add dumbells, planks too. You can try russian twists, side planks, seated hundreds, hip twists and ab extensions (not sure what they're actually called. You sit with your legs up, then lean back and extend your legs as you go back. then bring your legs back into while sitting back up at the…
  • If you mean for example that let's say your macros are 50/30/20 and you made a smoothie for breakfast and it says that your macros are like 70/15/15 or something, thats fine. As you eat different food with different macronutrient percentages throughout the day it will even out. Just be sure that you're sticking to the…
  • I love Kaizen Vegan Protein! Tastes delicious in smoothies and pancakes but is really chalky and clumpy on it's own.
  • The low protein trend has already begun with this whole 80/10/10 thing. Soon industries will be catching on and creating the carbiest products they can

  • Aside from the deep fried rolls, thai food is generally really healthy! I say feel free to order whatever your heart desires. If you're really being careful though, opt for one of the salads

  • All peanut butter is good, but there are certain ones that are better! Look for a peanut butter where the only ingredient is peanuts. Nut butters are delicious and full of healthy fats. Raw almond butter is my personal favorite!
  • I second this!^^^ Oh she glows is great! She also has a website with many more recipes.
  • Truth be told, the "diet" type products like weight watchers aren't better than the regular versions. Diet food is loaded with additives and chemicals to make it taste good. Same with tv dinners. If you're pressed for time you can set aside a meal prep day and prepare meals for the rest of the week! You can google "clean…

(blueberries, dried fruit, cinnamon, chocolate chips, etc.) Cook over low-med heat for around 2mins per side. DO NOT WAIT FOR BUBBLES they do not…
