    Personally, I would try to fit in more fruits and veggies, but other than that its pretty good :)

    Your cheating yourself out of a lot of essential nutrients and fiber!!!

    I haven't tracked the last week and gone off the band wagon as I've been away from home, but will get back into it tomorrow.

    I will try to incorporate more fruit & veg.
