Protein pancakes! I use this recipe:
-2 scoops vanilla protein powder. around 40g scoop. whey, soy and pea protein all seem to work well
-1 egg
-1/2 cup milk
-add-ins of choice. (blueberries, dried fruit, cinnamon, chocolate chips, etc.)
Cook over low-med heat for around 2mins per side. DO NOT WAIT FOR BUBBLES they do not bubble.
I make these almost every morning and the 12 year old with a sweet tooth loves them!
Other options are burgers, protein cakes and pasta with meat sauce.0
