I use counting portions, not calories. In my opinion, it is very similar. Works excellent in my case. I know also about intuitive eating, but have never tried it. My plan is to try it after I lose all the weight. I heard a lot how nice it works. I can only recommend some books about it.

I solved it. X=22.25. You need to lose 22.25 lbs to get 25% bodyfat. And I think 0.8 is fair enough coefficient for you as you do a lot of strength training. I would estimate it the same.

I want to do P90X workouts at home and I think I need some accountability partner. Is it what you meant? Then if you like we could be.

Are you looking for a real workout buddy or a virtual one?

Unlike the others I think Polar is better. It shows actual burns. I also own Bodymedia, it's similar to Fitbit, and I don't use it any more as I don't count the steps and I think it's not accurate for actual burns.

I once went to the nutritionist and she calculated it using some device which calculated my body fat. I was at this weight after that and looked really good, even a little too thin. So it's my goal weight now.

Have you checked your thyroid? If you are basically healthy and no issues prevent you from losing weight, I can recommend a diet or the healthy way of eating with some restrictions for fat and carbs. It has always helped me to lose 2 lbs a week and everybody of my real friends who really tried it lost no less that 1 lbs…

Just remember why you decided to get in shape. You are lucky if your reasons are still valid. Then forget the last two weeks and start doing the same you were doing previously. Start doing it right now. Not next Monday, not tomorrow, but right now. And everything will be ok!

For me works the following: 1. Good eating. I have a diet I follow. It's rational healthy eating with some restrictions. It's limited carbs, low fat. For me diet is the only component I really need for weight loss. I wouldn't lose weight if I don't restrict what goes into my mouth. 2. Though any diet works for me, I have…

I won't speak about money, everybody decides himself what he can and wants to afford. I change the jeans about every 10 kg (22 lbs). By that time I usually take them away without undoing them. I even bought them in advance as I don't want to make a show from my weight loss, so I bought the same model in different sizes and…

And I have no my team, but I love to watch football games.

sea-buckthorn and milk skin I could name a lot, but I still can't tolerate the smell of the first and the sight of the second. Lol!

Thanks, Erica! Though I rather think that I lost the challenge as you could do 30 burpees and even 2 more. Erica has just lost count! LOL! I am sure I was able to lose so much weight already because I exercised like I was insane, and our challenge was the main motivator for me! Thank you again! :) PS: your information is…

For me friends is the main benefit of this site. Because friends help us to stay motivated. I real life we have so many other problems and we are alone at our weight loss journey. At least I choose it to be this way. It is so easy so lose focus, as life takes our attention. But here are a lot of people who don't let me…

usually 9 am, but last week I tend to set it to 10 am. On weekends only if I need to go somewhere early enough.

And I have the opposite feeling. It is very cloudy and wet today, on the edge of raining, but I still wanted to go on the bike and don't stop till 3000 calories. Now I just don't see any necessity in such an exploit. Congrats, team UK!

Thank you from me too! Though I always knew I can burn a lot, but you made me want to actually do it. I couldn't imagine myself doing 4 workouts in a row for any reason, but you helped me to find one. :)

I will repeat it once again, that you have a very good figure! There is a joke here: Where will we make a waist-line? Absolutely not about you! You look amazing! Huge progress, Vanessa!
-
I can see only one of today's photos. You look amazing! And you have a really good figure! The question: "Where will we make the waist-line?" is definitely not about you! Great success! :)

I do about the same with my Bodymedia sensor. The same question.

When does it start? It's the Oct 20th here already!

Ok, count me as your step daughter!

I love the name of the theme, sorry, can't keep from telling this. lol PS. I am from Russia.

It seems there are people, whom it soaks directly to the brain.

Hi! if you make food yourself, just don't put any sugar in it. I drink tea and coffee without sugar too. It is just the matter of habit. I used to put sugar in tea and coffee, but when I was a student we decided to go sugar free for some time. I adhere to it for 1 week, then I decided to stop. But I realized, tea and…

I was always a binge eater, it is the only reason I gained so much weight. If you don't want to visit a professional, which would be better, have a look at shrinkyourself program. It helped me a lot.

Frankly speaking I can't imagine myself losing 6 inches off my waist for 2 weeks. I think she just pulled in her stomach. I would better take my old pants and look if they are loose now or not to consider the result. But Zumba is a great workout, and she burns calories, so it will pay off.

Yes, I am new to this app but not new to losing weight. And it has always been my business. When I had a good day (I weigh daily), I was glad, of course, could even tell some people about it, but it was my choice. If I had a bad day, I was not happy, of course, but it still was my business. Then I started here and soon…

And how do you feel? Are you hungry? How much calories per day did you eat before?
