    Sign me up for the USA! Wish you were starting tomorrow, because I have 16 miles planned. Not to worry though, because its 17 next Sunday. I plan to burn!

    We can do a rematch next week and it will fall on the day of the NYC Marathon :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    Greets all!

    Ok I am proposing a straight up friendly caloric burn contest between two teams: US MFP members vs. UK MFP members.

    Contest to last one week starting this coming Monday, October 21, 2013, 00:00 hours. (military time) and end Sunday, October 27, 2013, 24:59 hours (military time). In the end, we submit our logged burn numbers and tally up.

    We'll need equal numbers on both teams so sign up here and to make it easy I suggest 20 members per team. Let me know here if anyone is interested.

    NOTE: Switch hitting will be allowed if you have no confidence in your host team. :tongue:
    NOTE #2: Desgnated players will be allowed. Adopted a team if you don't reside there!

    Ok.. Let's make this simple. The Challenge is for the week of Monday, October 21, 2013 through Sunday, October 27, 2013. We will use the MFP Exercise Diary and take the cardio values from there each day. Makes sense?

    I will finalize the team members by Sunday, October 20, 2013, 6:00:00 p.m. which I know is technically 12 hours into the start for some parts of the world.

    I suggest we all friend each other and make exercise diaries public since we will be on the honor system.
