  • I used to count calories and then I started counting my macros. Since I only count macros and make sure I reach each one and try not to go over. I have been able to gain muscle. I was constantly changing it to see what would work best for me.

  • I have an eating disorder and one of the main things was " secret eating" I had to come to realize and admit to people that I did that. Fact was, it was no shock because of me being overweight. I now, count everything and when I see the numbers, it makes me stop and control my secret eating.

  • I had that issue and with losing 100 lbs found it it was 30% fat and the rest was skin from when I was bigger. I had to have a tummy tuck to flatten it out.
