I agree, 8 weeks is pretty tough! It does depend on your current body composition but anything is possible. Personally for me, 8 weeks would not be enough.

Yeh exactly right! Seems self-sabotage is a very common thing that happens with all of us losing weight.. I am over my sadness of self-sabotaging now and back to being positive. WE CAN DO THIS!

I go after work and before dinner.. so around 630pm.. Then have dinner around 8pm.. How about early in the morning? Before the kids wake up?

I would keep lifting! You are building muscle and burning fat at the same time. You just need to give it time and keep being consistent. When you lose the weight, you will look AMAZING with all that muscle and you won't be a skinny fat cardio bunny! Keep at it! Good luck :)

Remain consistent and give it time. Two weeks is not enough time to see results. Be patient, i know its hard but it took you longer to put the weight on, so it will take that amount of time to take the weight off :)

I only eat two sources of carbs: brown rice and sweet potato. I say go for it!

You can eat calorie rich foods such as nuts, avocado and good fats such as coconut oil. Don't be afraid of the fats (good fats that is)..
