i need calories but im not hungry

i need more calories but im not hungry. im not gonna eat if im not hungry.

    A day or two under goal won't hurt you, but if you're severely under goal often then plan your day better. A quick search of the boards will give you plenty of options for calorie dense foods. Just look for the dozen posts on this subject posted daily.

    If your body's not spiking your hunger or giving you any other hints that you are in a deficit, don't worry about eating more.
    Make sure you are counting everything properly.

    When your body starts responding to a deficit you will know it within a couple of days - your workouts will feel harder, you may notice sluggishness or cold intolerance, and you will start thinking about food at odd times.

    You can eat calorie rich foods such as nuts, avocado and good fats such as coconut oil. Don't be afraid of the fats (good fats that is)..
