on a good day its only crisps or chocolate then on a bad day/week due to depression it is any junk food as I comfort eat

you go into a store and fit into a smaller size of clothes when you have to get fitted for a smaller sized bra

Im 5ft 2.5 and according to BMI I should be 10st 3 (64.9kg) max. meaning I have to get rid of about 5st 7 (34.9kg) my Dr dont even believe in BMI so as long as I get down to a UK size 14 I don't care how much I weigh.

I know the feeling, the past month I have fallen off the wagon. Hopefully get back on track tomorrow now that's all my assessments over and done with and will have less stress in my life.

continue with no fizzy drinks ( already gone 7 weeks without) lose some form of weight (any amount would be fab) get more exercise

Know the feeling. Pill I'm on stopped TOM but its made an appearance and went loopy about 4 months ago been to the dr twice already but its getting worst so will be going back yet again. Also been really tired lately and not eating right either.

Thanks!! that will explain the reason they dont have it on the pack then. I have bought the yoghurt coated peanuts a few times (not recently) wont be buying them again

I eat 4 times a day- breakfast, lunch. snack and tea. I cant say how many hrs between as it varies since up at different times each day and lunch varies each time specially when im at work but tea is usually round about 6.30pm

I weigh myself once a week. On a monday morning straight after I wake up ( well after visting little girls room) and record it on a spreadsheet I have created

I have been on citalopram for just under 6 months. Found that I go between starving myself and pigging out can't find a happy middle and that exercise is barely anything.
