Hi! Mom of an almost 3 year old and a 1 year old. Looking to lose 50 pounds to be in a healthy bmi range, and then possibly add to our little family

With an almost 3 and a 1 yr old finding the time to get a nice long workout is challenging, so making sure I eat with in my given ca loris makes a big difference. Also having a mentality of "a short workout is better than none" keeps me motivated to try and do something every day.

I am dairy intolerant and my doctor told me that there was no test to see if I was lactose intolerant. BUT I had to do a elimination diet to find out what was causing the bloating, gas and diarrhea (grosser still i know!).

Hey all! My name is Taylor and my wedding date is Sept 8th, 2012 ( which is a very popular day!) I only have about 5-10 lbs to loose. I have already bought my dress, booked the church, reception hall, cake baker, caterer and have a general idea on what I want the bridesmaids to wear! I am looking for some extra motivation…

this happens to me when I don't let my body slowly warm up. I have found if I go in to a fast pace walk or quick jog instead of working up to it then I get that horrible itchy-ness too!

Hi all! Just found this thread and this challenge is something that I desperately need, not necessarily for loosing a lot ( I really only need to drop around 5 lbs to make my dress more comfy!). I bought my dress and it fit with little alterations in a size 10, now i have the challenge of keeping myself relatively the same…

some weeks I would loose big and other weeks it would be a .2 or .6 lose. I just celebrate them all the same! I did loose a lot in one week when I found out I was dairy intolerant and stopped eating all dairy products... i found this interesting. Good luck and it sounds like your on the right track!

I love mine...more for toning my legs then actual weightloss

This summer I had to do the exact same elimation diet. I ended up being Lactose intolerant. Something I found that helped me when I went back to eating "normally" was to add in only one thing a week. so I would add in gluten for a week on its own before I would add in fructose, and then I added in Lactose. this allowed me…

I have class, work plus my internship so I just try to get in 3 days a week of between 1/2 -1 hr workouts and like everyone else said just watch what i eat

I pulled my hamstring while doing 30DS and I felt much like you. I took a couple days off and really watched my diet. after my rest days I started walking so i was still getting a mild form of cardio in. this made me feel like I was still exercising and would be able to jump right back in to my routine, which i did! Hope…
