I work out about 2hrs a day so I eat back half of mine so that I'm not starving but can still stay under calorie goal.

Friend! I weigh myself in the morning before I eat or drink anything. If my weight is up it's usually because I cheated the day before. It helps keep me on track. If I dont weigh daily I take an extra bite of food here and an extra one there without tracking and before you know it I am completely off track.

My weight gain was not because of the Mirena, but I DID get horrible acne. I never had acne a day in my life until I got the Mirena. I had it taken out a couple months ago because it was so bad and my face is starting to clear up now. I am thinking of trying Paragard bc it has no hormones.

Down 1lb this week and worked out twice so far. I am on week 1 of C25K hoping to be ready to run my first 5K in January. Ready to start scratching stuff off my bucket list. whooo!

I like to go to the movies alone, I will order a small popcorn without butter and only have them fill it halfway so I don't eat the whole bag. Popcorn is expensive though so I usually only order it when I have Regal coupons for $2 then I don't feel bad for only getting half of a small bag for $6 haha

My friend is a Personal Trainer and he told me to drink one if I get hungry or want to snack at night time, it will fill you up and keep you from eating junk food.

Hey everyone I am glad you are as excited about the week four challenges as I am. You are all doing amazing. Great weight loss and great tracking, I am going to weigh in tomorrow morning.
