I just downloaded and did my week 1 day one workout today lol. I am not a runner, I love the idea of it though, but I have knee problems and asthma, so we don't mix well. Honestly, I just keep my diet and portion control in control. I have a shoulder injury that has caused severe tendinitis in my shoulder and back, so I can't exercise. I strted at 208, when I actually weighed myself, I think I was a little more though. I've lost 22lbs since the end of October. The first pic is after -20lbs, the second was where I started. I lost another 2lbs since the picture was taken, and another 1/4in of most large parts of my body.

A friend of mine recently lost 100lbs in 10.5 months. She said she religiously ate 1200 calories a day the entire time. Now that she lost the 100lbs she is working on toning up. She bumped her calorie intake up to 1800 and started excersicing.
