Everyone looks great in their after photos. I just started my journey of losing weight so I dont have an after picture YET!!! Thanks for sharing yours tho...Totally ready to hit the gym hard now, knowing their is other moms out that have done it!!!

Fast food is my worse enemy....That is my main trouble with my weight loss too...Its fast and convenient. I will add you, and we can fight fast food together...but I agree...there should be a Fast Food Anonymous.

I'm right there with you....My daughter turned 1 at the end of Sept and I've been struggling to lose this baby fat alone too!!! I've got 20-30lbs to lose!!! I know you can do it!!! I'll add you and we can support each other!

This week I am trying to drink a lot more water!!!! I noticed last week that when I drank nothing but water, I felt less tired and seemed to have more energy. (This coming from someone who drank 3-4 sodas a day) Plus I am going to get to the gym 4 times this week, unless the last few weeks its only been 1-2 days. Good luck…

Thank you all so much. I didnt know that drinking lots of water would help!!! I will now double my water intake!!!! I have been looking at water pills but I am still nursing my 6 month old and I'm skeptical of taking anything!!!

I was always a small kid. In high school I would have to buy clothes in the kids dept. I got engaged when I was 19, and we were together for a year before we split. Then I started to eat out a lot!!! I forgot to post my weight yesterday...my SW was 172, my CW is 170. I have been stuck at 170 for a week now. Grrr.r....Its so frustrating!

My main concern is my belly fat. I had two kids within the last two years, and shedding the baby fat is killing me. I've been working out, and watching my 1200 calories a day....yet I still see nothing, and its so depressing. When you find out an easy way to loose it let me know please!!! Until then, keep up the good work…

When I would get cramps, for some reason when I worked out (mainly cardio) the pain of the cramps goes away!!! I also use a tummy wrap that helps out a lot!!!

I only get 30 min lunch breaks but it doesnt take me 30 min to eat. So I usually walk the little trails we have in the areas. Plus I try to take a break or two during the day to walk out side as well. Are you allowed to take an exercise ball to work? We were just recently told we cannot have those at my job anymore, but I…

I love the biggest looser. Although I'm not really liking this season. I'm not too big on the two new trainers. And I would love for the contestants to be able to stay a bit longer in the begining. I sure with I could have a week with Jillian or Bob. I would have my pounds shed in not time!!!

I go on vacation April 2nd, so I would love to loose 15-20lbs by then. Also I want to start working out more. I want to do a 5K run/walk at the end of March. And to drink more water!!!
