if youre talking about those healthy turkey burgers you can get frozen from costco i too found them dry. now I saute them in my nonstick pan with a little apple juice with the lid on. then toss on my grill pan on high for the grill affect. just for a minute.:smile:

sorry for the long cut and paste recipe but I just created that one today to satisfy a craving today. but its worth it it was a huge hit and you can eat alot for hardly any calories but the pasta makes you feel like youre spluging

no its not a good idea to work out when you are sick. rest and fluids are the best. Ask your doctor but I am pretty sure the answer is no.

calories still count in a 24 hour period. So for me I switch back and forth. 12 hour days and 12 hour nights. so I still start a new day at midnight and close out the day before calories and start a new one.

they should have a healthier options on the menu called the lighter side or healthier options or whatever and have the calories posted as well or available

thats hard for me too. I try to mentally tell myself things like man the ingredients in candy and sweets are the same as in a science project. even crows don't eat licorish. also i compare a donut to a full size meal. one doughnut or an extra dinner?
