    if youre talking about those healthy turkey burgers you can get frozen from costco i too found them dry. now I saute them in my nonstick pan with a little apple juice with the lid on.

    then toss on my grill pan on high for the grill affect. just for a minute.:smile:

    Just made some last night!! I use my stone wear from pamper chef!!! and bake them, I use one egg, half cup of breader, seasons of choice, I use Ms dash herb and garlic,,and let it rip!!!LOL the kids and my husband love them :smile:

    Adding an egg will keep it from falling apart and seasonings to give it taste (can be very bland). I'll fry/sautee in pan with a little olive oil. After that, skys the limit on adding veggies. I like to add chopped onion (green, yellow or red), and bell pepper with sometimes mushrooms. I don't add breadcrumbs or cheese - both add lot's of calories. Good Luck!

    These are so good - from weight watchers and super moist. I make them on pan and BBQ.

    Turkey Burgers recipe
    Makes 4 servings

    Ingredients
    3/4 lb ground turkey
    1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese
    2 scallions or green onions, chopped
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Preparation
    1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the cheese).
    2. Blend in the cheese.
    3. Form into 4 patties.
    4. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray.
    5. Cook the patties until done.
    6. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomatoes.

    Nutritional information per serving: 171 calories, 9.9g fat, 0.3g fiber
