I've done it, though I'd say it's much more challenging to exercise hungover. I always feel like I'm sweating every single molecule of ethanol forcefully through my pores. Ugh!

Funny thing is, whenever I see someone doing something awesome, I want to just cheer them on since I know I can't help but smile when someone unabashedly roots for me, as a stranger or not... but I'm afraid people will think I'm heckling, so I never do. :(

Could also be that your heart rate was too high. I find that even when I'm in a good routine that I'm prone to dizziness and nausea when I push it above 180.

I chalk it up to jealousy, and make sure I'm keeping serious concern in mind just in case someone is really looking out for me. If someone is just consistently negative and unsupportive... I just as soon let them fall by the wayside, along with my fat flaps :)

I've read that maintaining body temperature in low temps or high temps definitely ups your calorie burn!

When I learn more about what my old diet used to look like, I wonder how I wasn't forklift heavy. My fiance and I would polish the big buttered sizes off along with a large soda EACH when we'd go to the movies!
