Trying to make this the third day I hit over 12,000 steps & 2200 calories burned! Hoping to see the scale move by Sunday it's been 2 weeks not budging.. I think it's time to add more high intensity cardio maybe.. Have a great day everyone!

I'm suuuper tired this weekend, it must be the freezing temps. My goal for tonight is to pre-plan meals for the week & my workouts! I'm glad to be half way to my New Years goal so that's motivating me to stay active even though winter is fast approaching :neutral_face: Have a great football Sunday!

I've spent a week eating at maintenance, still working out 5X weekly. My goals are to pre plan my meals, get back at eating at slight deficit & get my weight training in after work. Ooh and get to bed early, I'm feeling quite sleep deprived.

My goal may be a nap & a big dinner. I did a 15 min warm up followed by 45 min of lifting & an hour of swimming all before a full work day!

It's been chilly, rainy, gloomy-bah. It's harder for me to get moving because I love being outside & hiking about. I have found swimming at my healthplex and my weight lifting routines have helped battle the weather! Goals: Protein! H2o Weights :smile:

My goal is to get my workout in today! My 3 day weekend was fab, but I may have over indulged. I know the next ten lbs are going to be a battle to drop so I need to refocus and get back in the zone! Congrats to everyone on the over 550 lbs! Awesome!

Goal for today is to get a weight training session in, maybe a little yoga too. It's busy, busy gorgeous weekend here in Cincy for me a BBQ fest & Bengals game tomorrow lots of good food for me to eat! Gotta amp up the workouts! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! ❌⭕️

Already at 1500 calories all before noon! I was a hungry girl this morning! I had an hour long crossfit class that totally wiped me out as well. SO I am going to amp up my workouts today & get another one in to balance out my calorie intake. Glad to see so many on track :) Have an amazing weekend everyone! <3

Down 3 lbs ???? after 2 weeks of consecutive logging and staying active! My goals are: Water- 8 more cups. 10,000 steps. Day 3 of strength training. Get to bed early!- 8 hrs of sleep!

Day 8 & 9 have both been great. I enjoyed the beautiful weather and went hiking to meet my 10,000 step goal. Today is also Day 2 of a new strength training program. A goal I continue to struggle with is eating my ALL my protein, so that will be tomorrow's focus. Good Luck with the weigh ins everyone! ????
