  • I too haven't exactly quit but haven't done the shred for the last week. We had a really busy weekend trying to sort out a new family car and then the kids have been off school the last week on half term. I do plan on restarting on mon and will be doing level 2 day 4.
  • Well missed a day yesterday so thought I'm definitely getting it done today. So level 2 day 3 done and it felt pretty good still hate the plank work with a passion but felt the other bits were a little easier. Bring on day 4 tomorrow.

I always find the pushups the hardest thing on they I cannot do them properly no matter how hard I try so I have to do my own version on that, but everything else is pretty much ok although the arm exercises always make my shoulders hurt.   • I would like to join in too I was going to start yesterday but my DVD player has broken so am getting a new one and will start mon. Probably won't do all 30 days consecutively though as I also run, walk and do netball 3 times a week. But it does work I've lost inches on it before.
