I haven't been able to get them to sync for two years.

Yes. It seems to be impossible to do so. A huge bummer.

That is a Northern Pike. Based on the Green Bay jersey, I'm guessing it was caught in Wisconsin.

I sent a friend request. Anyone else with an open diary, feel free to send a request my way; I like seeing how other folks navigate their caloric intake throughout the day.

Idaho.

1,640 for me.

Add me! I have an open food diary and try to log on every day. Let's help each other get fit!

I hear you. Trying to get the recommended 38 grams per day of fiber is really tough, and I feel like I eat a pretty diverse diet. It seems like the only time I really make it is when I'm eating a ton of beans/lentils/peas. Snacking on foods like broccoli, peas, nuts, and fruit helps too.

G.M., I can do smoothies occasionally, but I really don't have a sweet tooth at all and couldn't eat them all the time, at least the way I've made them in the past. Maybe I need to experiment with my flavor profiles a little bit and find something I can stick with. I do use my juicer quite a bit on the weekends and like…

I missed the shakshuka you listed in your first response. I had to look it up to see what it was. It sounds really good. I think I'm going to try and make a pan of that tomorrow. It sounds like it's basically eggs poached in tomatoes with North African spices. Serve it up with a pita or some naan bread and I'll be good to…

Well yeah, there's always the dinner or leftovers for breakfast route. I was just hoping that someone had some good, savory breakfast ideas of their own. For instance, at a friend's house the other day she served me some pumpernickel toast topped with salted butter, smoked fish, and cucumber slices. It was simple,…

Yeah, those are similar to the standard egg (+ whatever I find in the fridge) burrito. I really need to move away from anything involving eggs, tortillas, cheese, salsa, fried potatoes, chorizo, sausage, ham, etc... (i.e. breakfast burrito variations). Some vegan options would be ideal, as I'm really working on limiting my…

Feel free to add me. I have an open diary and appreciate others who do as well, as I like seeing what others are eating and getting ideas from them.

Definitely beer. If I quit drinking it I know I'd meet my goal relatively quickly. But in a season of hot weather and backyard barbecues it is really tough to avoid tipping back a cold one.

I accept all friend requests and try to be as active and motivational as possible. I also have an open food diary. Shoot me a request.

I play tennis every day because I love it, and have suffered very injuries to date (knock on wood).

I use a bento box for my 7 year old's lunch at school, but typically just bring leftovers from our previous night's dinner for myself, in whatever container I happened to put it in.

I've definitely hit a plateau. Some friends could be the motivation I need to get over the hump. Feel free to send me an invite!

Bravo!

Homemade, fermented sauerkraut. My 6 year old will choose this over ice cream.

I love juicing and try to do it every day, but I still eat a well-balanced diet. I look at it more as a nutrient boost, as it is sometimes hard to fit in all the vegetables that are recommended as part of a well-balanced diet. And I say that as a person who does eat a lot of veggies on a daily basis.

I just have some Nancy's plain yogurt with a small bit of jam mixed in. Maybe a banana too, if I'm really hungry. You'd be amazed how "filling" some yogurt actually is, and it's good for the micro-organisms in your gut.

Probably what I'll do. It's just like all food. There really isn't much to cooking most of it, but it takes some skill to cook/make things well. I've made some decent salsas in the past, but usually feel like it's missing something. And I think 95% of the salsas I've purchased in the store taste like crap. We have a lady…

Pizza...it's always pizza...

We eat as much organic as we can, raise our own chickens for eggs, have a big garden, hunt and fish for a good portion of our meat, and have a share in a local CSA (community supported agriculture). But it's hard to be 100% organic, and I still buy conventional items like tortilla chips, cheese, snacks, etc... I'd say…

That seems like a pretty odd question to pose on a site that features software that tracks your calories. Perhaps you came to the message board inadvertently, without realizing what this site is about? I would guess that almost everyone on here "counts" their calories, ranging from measuring everything out and putting it…

No way. I eat a balanced diet to get needed vitamins and minerals. Unless you've been diagnosed with a deficiency of some sort, I'd steer clear of supplements; they can be dangerous, and there is no scientific evidence that they're helpful. http://thechart.blogs.cnn.com/2012/08/02/hidden-dangers-in-vitamins-supplements/…

I usually eat a couple of fried eggs, wrapped in a tortilla with cheese. 445 calories.

I just rarely eat out, and plan a menu for the week that is mostly based on Cooking Light recipes. It's honestly been at least 6 months since I ate fast food. I thought maybe I'd be in for an 800 calorie meal, but 1,300! Wow, definitely didn't see that coming.
