One of my faves is M.I.A - Bad Girls. And for a slower song (gives me time to catch my breath) I love Reason to Believe by Dashboard Confessional (the first line is "Oh sweet lungs don't fail me now", and the chorus begins with "Breathe, don't you want to breathe?" lol)

Perhaps you should consider speaking to a doctor? If you feel like you can't control your eating, then it may by symptomatic of an eating disorder.

Anything with a strong beat and motivating lyrics :D And no, I don't have Spotify. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions, I'll check them all out!

take out the spaces. edit: yay for you!

I don't have a gym membership. I only went for classes, and they quickly got far too crowded (Les Mills BodyCombat - and I couldn't kick or punch without getting someone in the head). Now, when I work out, I go night running.

Coffee and a litre of water. I usually sleep through breakfast and skip straight to lunch!

Bailed out a 4:38. That's so much BS.

You could donate it to my "I need a house but also an overseas holiday to further my education" fund...

I can sleep anywhere between 5 and 14 hours a night. The quality of sleep is what matters, not always the quantity.

I used to have the same problem. Are the leftovers enough for another meal? If so, portion it out into a container and refrigerate freeze them, then they're there for lunch tomorrow or dinner another night when you might not feel like cooking.

Metamucil.

I buy them pre-mashed in a tube, but you could mash them up with some lemon juice (so that it doesn't go brown), some pepper (for an extra kick, I like spiciness - the tube I buy has chilli flakes) and use that instead of butter on toast and in sammiches. Avocado spread thinly on toast, then dipped in soft-boiled egg...…

I weigh every day, because I like to track how various foods, TOM, and other factors affect me. However, I pay attention to the overall trend that my weight is going by looking at the charts, rather than the exact weight on any given day.

You can use things around the house to "lift"... Bags of flour, bags of rice etc... Just an idea to think outside the box!

Half of my family live in Canberra.

If you're hungry at 2pm, maybe that's when you should eat your lunch? If your breakfast was so late maybe have a smaller lunch, but if you're hungry - eat!

You've linked to a file on your computer, not one on the internet. We can't see it.

This... Even if they are in batches, you can have batches off different things in your freezer so you can still mix it up. My mum cooks veggies and then portions them out separately from the other parts of a meal, so she can mix up what goes with what.

Visit your doctor. Even if you are pregnant, from the sounds of it you're not doing anything intense enough to harm the potential baby. But if you've gotten a negative result from a properly used pregnancy test AFTER your missed period - well, they're usually pretty accurate. Visit your doctor, it could be a sign of…

Zombies, Run is a great running game. It plays in between music tracks and keeps me entertained.

If money were no object? A team of doctors to follow me around 24/7 monitoring me
-
I'm very lazy when it comes to exercise, but I've just downloaded and starting using Zombies, Run and I'm already addicted. If you're into zombie games, give it a look.
-
I use MapMyRun to track my run, and I run with Zombies, Run to keep me motivated...

Metric AND kilojoules over here! :drinker:

Pizza. So many different flavours to choose from! If you were changed into the opposite sex for 24 hours, what would you do?
-
I'm doing the Zombies, Run version of C25K... It mixes instructions and story up with your own playlist and I'm in love with it. After this, I'm going to start on the full versions of Zombies, Run!

Inhaler and walking, even if you can't run. I have asthma, and I have to take 2 - 3 puffs of my inhaler before I exercise, and I have to keep it on me and usually need it during my run too. I was initially told that my asthma is exercise-induced, but I now know that it's not purely that (as I can be sitting still and…

I don't do weights. I have limited space and equipment, existing medium-to-long-term injuries that must be taken into account, and I get bored  . If and when I find a way to make it interesting, I'll pick up my weights, but until then I'll stick to my zombie chases.
