I drink out of a water bottle, straw or a 32 ounce cup from Tom Thumb.. I just mindlessly sip all day lol You could always add more spicy food to your diet- that would make you want more! lol

The best thing you can do is surround yourself with people who are good examples! Make friends who will motivate you to stay on track. I work with some fitness/health nuts and I wouldn't dream of eating bad in front of them lol

I lost 50 in about 6 months.. The first 40 came off in 4 months. I ate reasonably and I done lots and lots of cardio. I would definitely suggest using the MFP step counter and try to get at least 5,000 steps a day. Don't try to start out with a very strict, no slip diet because it's a great start to failure. Every time I…

Honestly, I would just set a good example and hope he follows.. He doesn't have to live in your body, you do. You have to be happy with it, no one else matters.

Hey! My name is Tesha and I'm a mom to a 9 week old baby girl. I struggled with breastfeeding for 5 weeks before I had surgery and couldn't nurse for a week. Pumping and dumping ruined my supply so I gave up out of frustration. Now I'm trying to relactate as even the smallest amount of BM is still better than none at all.…

Drink a glass of warm water :) And grazing isn't something you really need to stop, just make healthy, low calorie choices. If you make smart choices you can snack all day and still hit your goal.

I love my diet Dr Pepper!! I have heard that drinking diet sodas can actually hinder weight loss. I've never actually looked into that nor did it cause me any issues, though. But we all know that "water is best" :p

Cook your food in a cast iron skillet. I believe your best bet is going to be iron pills.

Once you start limiting calories, you will start feeling so much better.. It takes a lot of energy for our bodies to digest food, and if we are eating too much our bodies have to work harder. This leaves us feeling sluggish. Not to mention, if you aren't eating fuel foods, that will make it even worse. I started last year…

I had the b12 shots and they done absolutely nothing for me, but I have family who swear by them. I took phentermine off and on. I lost 13 pounds in the first month and steadily for a few months after. The medication made me SUPER mean and hateful and that's not usually my personality. It's great if you need help with…

Sometimes muscles will retain water when you work out. They can hold a few pounds of water, so I wouldn't beat myself over it unless you've been going over on calories. Also keep an eye on your fat and carbs, too. If I go over on carbs I don't lose anything even if my calories are perfect. It takes time, but don't give up.

Great job! I can do all things through Christ!

You look wonderful!! Great job!

Cytomel is what I was given and it made me itch from my head to my toes! I stopped taking the medicine and just started taking a thyroid energy supplement so I wouldn't be tired all of the time. I strictly monitored my calories and made sure I burned off every single extra calorie, and I ate the same amount of calories…
