  • I do high intensity workouts 3-4 days a week and walk 1-2 days a week. I don't eat any packaged food really and try to avoid salt. that's why I am so frustrated I feel like I am doing everything right. I will start being better about posting my daily food
  • I eat a lot of salads, plain greek yogurt with granola. eggs, coffee with almond milk, sweet potatoes , and at night I eat either dates or a piece of dark chocolate
  • Really? I didn't know that. Ya know come to think of it the packaging was a little different I didn't even look at it I just always go to the same spot and grab my bread. I don't eat that many carbs, the bread in the morning and maybe some sweet potato at night. It is so frustrating.

  • I eat whole unprocessed foods for the most part of my diet. I do eat whole grains and lots of sweet potatoes . I try not to yoyo with my diet to much but feel like I am constantly struggling. some days I feel great some days I feel supeer bloated and don't know why

  • has anyone noticed a difference after drinking these for breakfast? I always wake up so hungry and usually have a piece of whole wheat toast and 2 over easy eggs. green smoothies sound wonderful I just always wake up and feel like I need more for breakfast

  • ya I still nurse him when he wakes and he usally nurses for a few seconds then falls asleep. Its such a hard habit to break I let him stir for like 10 minutes last night and he just went back to bed which was nice

I wasn't eating that low of calories trying to get rid of the weight it was just all I was hungry for and my supply has always been good. this last week I hav upped my calories to 2200 and I really do feel muvh better. I cant believe I was eating so little before!
