I agree. Some meals are meant to be enjoyed "as is". Unless you're eating a hotdog every single day, then I would eat the bun and all. Enjoy it. I'm sure you deserve it.

Hey I'm 5'6" and right now 159.8 lbs! First goal weight is 150lbs because then I will be in normal range of my BMI. But UGW is 125-130lbs. Maybe a little smaller but not by much. Feel free to send me a friend request. :happy:

Hi! I'm working out only with hand weights right now and they're only 8 lbs. But I will tell you that with me having no prior experience with exercising at all, those first couple weeks hurt so freaking bad!!! I have been there! But I promise you, it will go away eventually. Keep pushing!!!

I agree with you. Last time I ate fast food, it was from Taco Bell I felt tired, sluggish, grouchy, sick, all the above. But hey, Taco Bell will make anybody feel like that!

A month ago, I would've been like heck yeah, let's go get our Big Mac on. Now, I'm like ewwwww, no. I'll pass. Now don't get me wrong, it still in a weird way sounds good, but I think I put more thought into the food I put in my body now. I'm not dissing ya on your BigMac craving one bit, it's just not my thing anymore.

My TDEE came up as 2,335. I subtracted it by 750 and it gave me the number of 1584.99 which is 1585 basically. My number is set to 1437 right now. I don't know if I should leave it at 1437 or up it to 1585. All these numbers confuse me on MFP. LOL

I'm 5'6" According to the BMI calculator I have, my normal BMI range is from 119lbs-150lbs.

Well my ultimate goal weight is 125lbs but my current goal weight is 150lbs. That should put me in the normal range of my BMI.
