AC/DC, Whitesnake, the Stones, and Van Halen are favorites.
I occasionally have some rap songs on my playlist, depending on the workout.
I frequently listen to classical music when I'm stretching and foam rolling. I'm particularly a fan of Mozart and Rachmaninoff. My parents made me learn about music history when I was a kid. Some of it stuck.0 -
