  • One thing I have learned about picking a good watermelon (because they are my fav), the bigger the yellow spot is on the "bottom", the sweeter the fruit will be.   • I finished L1 D5 this morning and I could do a full push up!!! First time ever! She kicks my butt but I love it! I have lost almost 3.5 pounds already. I also supplement with Walk Away the Pounds and I take my dog for long walks at night. Good luck and hang in there you can do it!! :happy:

  • I LOVE her DVDs!! I rotate between three of them. I have a four mile, a five mile, and the boot camp. I do the boot camp every other day and rotate the 4 and 5 mile ones on opposite days. I also alternate using light hand weights during the 4 and 5 mile once or twice a week.
