me2, i lost 27 lbs here back in 2010. i've tried a couple times again, but just have struggled. i WANT to loose 60lbs, but that seems so far away. i usually do well for about 3 months if i can really get started, then it fades. this time i'm really keeping to the program-almost at week 3. i'm keeping my goal in 5lb…

for me it depends on where you started. i can wear the same size for about 15lbs at the high point i am now. in addition, it takes awhile for me to "feel" it in my clothes and on my body. in my 20-30's it only took about 2 weeks to feel the change. in my 40's it takes about 4 weeks. which is really bad-it's one of those…

i know this is a long shot and maybe your naturopath's have thought of this, but what about food allergies? not a lot of creedance is given to this but i believe in it. you could have a RAST test. i'm a ped's nurse and working with children with eating issues. we were working with this child who had vomited regularly for 4…

i remembered being weighed in my mom's bathroom at age 10 and being put on a diet. i was NOT overweight looking back at pictures. i remember a pair of pants being so tight in the waist that christmas, but i wasn't gonna tell anyone. again looking back at photos, a normal child. now the mom of a 4 year old girl, i'm…

took me awhile to like ronzoni's whole wheat pasta, but the instructions suggest boiling 12 minutes as opposed to10 minwith reg pasta. it made a difference to me. i'm a convert. i also like la banderita whole wheat fajita tortilla's. they taste better than some i've tried. i did like whole wheat bread previously, however.

this may sound weird, but when i was in my 20s and 30s i could tell a change rather quickly. like 2 weeks. it was also easier to loose it then. now it takes about a month for me to feel any change as far as clothes being more loose. i really have to be super motivated to hang in there and keep going. 40s are definitely…

so i lost weight consistently for 2 months (17lbs) then the brakes went on and NOTHING for 21 days. finally, today it budged 0.2lbs. i really feel like i'm going to move again soon. hang in there.

this may sound crazy, but i much prefer water when it's cold. i keep a water bottle in the refridgerator all the time. i'm much more likely to drink it if it's cold. also, i try to drink 8 oz before i leave in the morning. i take some meds, and always take them with water. good luck

have you cut way back on caffiene? that's how i feel when i detox.

i love to slice them cross wise-like a potato chip. spray olive oil on cooking sheet. place 25-30 slices (i like them really thin-but you can do it thicker). spray again with olive oil. cook at 375 for about 20-25 minutes. turn once as they begin to dry out-about 1/2 way through. careful, they may burn. i really didn't…

i get headaches with nutrasweet. i've not used it almost since it came out. i do like cokes. big problem. i like diet rite, the only cola with splenda.

the other thing to think about is whether you are getting enough calories. sometimes your body thinks it has to conserve and holds on longer. i mean eventually it will drop, but i usually loose motivation

how old are you? and how tall?

try adding some protein. i had a cheese snack that filled me up the afternoon. mini baybel cheese, light. or i've heard soup is good.

i like publix greenwise diced tomatoes with garlic, basil. it's got a little bit of a sweet flavor to it. i just add it to lean ground beef. and let it cook down. adding carrots and/or zuchinni gives it more punch. of course, top with parmasean.
