New here, joined to stay healthy. Look forward to see what this site has to offer, so far its great. One question, is this going to be time consuming?

    Depends on what you do on this site. If you just log on to enter food it won't take that long. If you chat with people and search the forums then you could be on here for hours.

    it takes a little while to get started. figuring things out, perhaps entering your fav foods into the data base-if they are not there already. it takes a little time to reciepe build, but then it's there for the future. basically, no, doesn't have to.
