  • I season mine with multiple flavors of Mrs. Dash and grill it on the George Foreman. Then I like to take 1TBS medium picante sauce (7cal) and 1 TBS low fat sour cream (20 cal) and mix them together and use them as a dip for the chicken breast.

  • Low carb... are you eating a lot of cheese and dairy? I've noticed those slow me down a bit.

  • I pull out my half cup measuring cup and put ice cream in it. I press it in there and make sure its flat or a little concave on the top then I eat it out of the measuring cup. It works for me.

  • It's crazy expensive and crazy gross. To me, it tastes like someone took a multivitamin and crushed it up and dumped it into some chocolate dirt and added water. Like vitamin mud basically.

  • I use Quaker quick oats so I just measure out 1/2 cup and put it in a container and measure out 1/2 cup almond milk and put that in a seperate container. I add the mix ins to the dry oats.   • I don't do any other lifting besides the program, but that's just me. It gets progressively tougher pretty quickly. I do some accessory exercises sometimes like assisted pull ups and dips and walking lunges and kettlebell swings, but only if I feel like I can do more on those days or if I have time.
  • I would sugest if you want to do HIIT on the same day as SL to do it after and maybe only 5-10 minutes of it. I do a 6 minute Fitness Blender video on my SL days, after my workout. That's about all I can handle.
