I have the same problem. With my legs, it looks like cellulite. It's not, I've noticed the more I'm on my feet the worse it gets. I hope someone has an answer.

I use map my hike. For fluffy, hilly, hard work snow shoeing, it gave me 550 calories for 1.5 miles in an hour. I was soaking wet from sweat when I got home.

I'm starting week three of month two and will probably do another round. Good luck, it's no cake walk.

I had under 3lbs taken off my lower back, many years ago. It was a lot longer recovery than I was told. The garment is a pain in itself. The swelling was horrible and I swear if I eat to much sodium, it retains water. Other than that, it's fantastic. Lol Seriously though, if coolsculpting can do the same thing, get that.…

I just got back from having my second stage of an implant done. What would be 7000 here is 2000 there. I have absolutely no complaints and neither does my US dentist. Check around on trip advisor. I spend a month in Playa del Carmen every year, so that's where I had mine done. From dental chair, to beach. Can't beat it.

Thank you, I'll read up on the oils. Mine may be worse on my legs due to the workouts I do.

I had the same problem (kinda). Perimenapausal and went on hrt, also stopped smoking before the hrt and never gained a pound until the hormones. I could not lose weight, no matter what I tried. Pants got tighter and tighter. Two weeks ago I stopped the hrt and am noticing changes. I also have tightened up on my calories…

Same problem with my polar4 and no idea why.

I've had the same problem for two weeks. I changed both bateries, sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesnt. I haven't given in and bought a new one yet, but am on the verge. Hope somebody has an answer.

Thanx essexgirl1971, I've always worked out, so that has helped with the aging process. Quit smoking six months ago and perimenapause is making things a little more tricky. If you make you r health a hobby, it comes easier. Listen to ppl on here and don't give up the good fight. You'll do just fine. Good luck to you. Thanx…

Thanx for the link Amyrebeccah, sounds like, it's what I need.

I also thought adding muscle would mean less mass but heavier on scale. I think I'll take a week off of the 5x5 squat and see what happens. Just for peace of mind, trying to figure it out is maddening

Thanx so much you guys.....the larger thighs have definitely been messing with my mind. Funny thing is, I have been doing a recomp, just never planned on my thighs getting bigger. I'll be grateful and deal with it.

Because I'm going to Mexico for a month and none of my shorts fit right. I leave February 28th and am not sure if that's enough time to change things up. Thanx for your response.

I quit smoking almost two months ago and started hormone replacement therapy at almost the same time. So double whammy, I have gained about 5 lbs, but am getting serious about losing it now. I have used the app quitnet.com and it's a huge help, I also vape, but no nicotine. Gives me something to do with my hands. Good luck…

I spend a month in Mexico every year, just got home last week. As of today, I weigh the exact same as when I left, I did insanity and T25 on alternate days, took some 15 and 40 lb resist bands and did those every other day. I also, walked about 5 miles a day, sightseeing and swam everyday. I did all this so I could sit on…

I'm shocked you can get through insanity with such low calories. I completed insanity about a month ago, I did not lose weight, in fact I gained, due to constant swelling of my muscles. I was also lifting heavy weights. ( not smart) I did lose inches, so maybe you should measure yourself. I would definitely give it more…

I am three weeks into month two, it is the hardest thing I have ever done. It doesn't get easier, but it is doable. You have to really want to complete the 60 days or you just wont.

Great job!! Keep up the good work, you deserve it!

Absolutely fantastic!! What a great job you and your husband have done! Congrats

Thank you both for putting my mind at ease. Will be doing all the body weight exercises I can find.

I am 5'9 with a 23-24 inch waist and 28 inch under belly button. My weight is 135ish, but I have a long torso, which I think is a factor.

I had to stop running until the pain was completely gone, it took about two months. Doctors orders, but I am on my feet alot anyway, so Im sure that didnt help the recovery. Good luck

I have done t25, and it is a great program, although I upped it to two and three a day, I got great results. I still do it 8 months later, but incorporate it with running and lifting weights. I bought gamma also and that made a huge difference in definition.

Hi everyone. I started sl 5x5 about two months ago, I am stuck at 135 lb squat because it pops my hip out of alignment. I am wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem or have any advice for me. I am 5'9" weigh 136. Thanx in advance.

I have had this problem many times, my hip pops out which gives you runners knee. I go to my chiro, and he puts it back into place and after a day or two off, all is well. I would look up runners knee, and see if the symptoms fit. Good luck
