get a bike.your outdoors and the calorie burn is high little impact on your body compared to running.good riding

is it possible for you to cycle to work that way you exersise is done as part of your working routine and its as good a workout as your likely to find.

im in uk and cycle 30 mile round trip when the wheather allows.i usually average 4 times a week through out the year

it does not really matter,but it is allways best to let food digest for an hr or so before exersise.but dont let it stop you going straight after if you wish it wont do you any harm.

losing 2 stone in that space of time is unrealistic and not advised.lower youl goals.lose 2 stone over at least 6 months and this will be far more benifitial to you in the long term.a loss target of a pound a week is better for you and much more achieable,i wish you well i hope this helped.

any l exersise will help but you will have to spend a long time on it to get any real gain.use it as a starting point to a more advanced training regime.add a good walk outdoors then when you feel stronger move on to more strenuous exersises.good luck.

the scales are the devil.they can fluctuate 3-4 pounds through the day.i weigh every 3 weeks same time same routine on that day .good luck

accept it as a bad day and move on.its a long time process, your gain wasnt in a couple of days and neither will your loss.you will have other bad days but as long as your good days outnumber them its ok.be strong.

exersise.earn your food, you,ll enjoy im more as well.this is not going to be easy.so get your head around it its worth it .good luck.
